Most of the time they forget the sweetener, forget or don't care that I asked for decaf (I have a health condition, so it's kind of important), or they just give me a completely different type of coffee drink. 1 cup. Same order every day for 2 years. Dunkin does not train their employees and keeps those who can't perform. They don't check for quality of service. They don't seem to care. All they care about it seems is charging way too much for the things I didn't even order. This is happening across the board in at least 3 different locations in Berlin-Clementon area, South Jersey. Very disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.

Called to asked about a promo going on, and to inquire about stock on an item since sometimes the app isn’t accurate…Dude had no idea what I was talking about for the promo that was active at every single store, then as I was about to ask about the item, he says “oh no manager here sorry I busy” and hangs up in the middle of my sentence…I called again and said “hey I just called I was trying to ask a question and you blew me off and hung up on me….” Idk what he said back. But said something g about “sorry no manager here” an then hung up again. Had to call a third time. Terrible….at least be able to communicate with your customers if you’re going to have a business and be RESPECTFUL
