In my considered opinion, the most appropriate course of action would be the prompt removal of this individual from their current position to a non-facing customer role, as it is evident that she should not be entrusted with responsibilities involving food handling or customer interaction. On a positive note, I would be remiss not to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of Kathy, who consistently exhibit exemplary skills in her craft, particularly when it comes to preparing hot chocolate to absolute perfection. Her dedication and expertise in delivering a consistently delightful beverage experience should be commended and recognized. Moreover, I have been made aware of the invaluable contributions of Ariana, Darleen, and Brian from the front desk. These individuals consistently exhibit friendliness, professionalism, and a remarkable depth of knowledge in their roles. Given their exemplary performance, I firmly believe that they deserve consideration for promotion to upper management and leadership positions. Such a move would not only recognize their individual abilities but also contribute to the overall success and positive reputation of the store.
