- KFkorin filipowichMay 7, 20261.0I went in to order and finaly ordered after 15 minutes of waiting. Then when I finaly got my food after waiting another 15 for them to make it, it was not what I ordered. There should have been 2 meals and was only one and when I told them I ordered 2 they said "no u didnt" so I was not able to even add another meal because she was rude about it and I had already waited a full half hour to get 2 sandwiches and one coffee. Then because the lid was not securely on the coffee I spilled it all over my car and got burns all over my legs. Then I opened the sandwich and there was hair on it. So 18 dollars down the drain because I have no way to call and complain. When I complained about only getting one meal and was insulted by the tone and volume of the managers voice, I will never eat there again!

- RARuss AnthonyApr 17, 20261.0This McDonald’s seems to have the same “broken milkshake machine” every single week, and at this point it’s hard to believe that’s actually the issue. A global company like McDonald’s doesn’t just let equipment stay out of order nonstop, which makes this feel more like a lack of effort than a real problem. It’s frustrating to come here expecting a basic menu item, only to be told over and over that it’s unavailable. If the machine truly is breaking this often, it needs to be fixed or replaced. If not, then customers deserve a more honest answer. Either way, this location is not delivering the standard people expect. Consistency matters, and right now this place is missing it completely.
