    I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s. The first time, I went there around 9:30 p.m. with my friends. The front door was unlocked, so we walked in thinking they were still open. Instead of politely explaining that they were closed, the employees were rude and told us to get out. If they had simply told us they were closed, we would have left without any issue. Since the door was unlocked, it was a reasonable mistake on our part. The second time, I went through the drive-thru at night. After I pulled away, I checked my order and realized they had forgotten two of my items. I immediately went back, and instead of apologizing for the mistake, they were rude about it before eventually giving me the missing items. I’ve also noticed a lady and a man who frequently seem to be running this location. On several occasions, I’ve seen them belittle crew members in front of other employees and customers. That is not the kind of behavior I expect from people in management positions. I don’t think they should be in management roles if that’s how they treat both employees and customers. I’ve also talked to people who don’t even go to this location anymore because of the experiences they’ve had there, which says a lot about the reputation this location has developed. I think the store owner needs to take some sort of action to address these issues. Better customer service and more respectful treatment of employees would go a long way toward improving this location.

    This was, without question, the worst McDonald's experience we have ever had. We stopped at this location during a road trip on an extremely hot day (102°F) with our two young children, expecting to grab a quick meal. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only a few customers coming and going. When we attempted to order on the kiosk Chicken McNuggets, McDoubles, McChickens, and Big Macs it was all labeled out of stock. We then just ordered chicken strips, fries, a double cheeseburger, and a drink. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it did, every food item was cold. While we were eating, an employee approached us and stated that our dog needed to be removed from the restaurant. We immediately informed the employee that the dog is a service animal. The dog was not roaming freely or causing any disturbance—he remained quietly inside the basket of our stroller the entire time. We explained that we would leave in a couple minutes to allow our son to finish his food. A manager then came over and continued insisting that the dog could not remain inside. We again explained that it was a service animal, but she insisted the dog was required to wear a vest. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are **not** required to wear a vest, harness, or any other identifying gear. It was a very hot day so we chose to opt the best for a quick bite When we asked the manager for her name, she refused to provide it and instead stated that she was calling the police. After asking other employees, we learned that the manager's name was “Nini”. The combination of poor food quality, unavailable menu items, and the manager's apparent lack of understanding of the rights of individuals accompanied by service animals made for an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. Refusing to identify herself while threatening to involve law enforcement only made the situation more concerning. I hope McDonald's addresses both the customer service issues at this location and provides additional training on ADA service animal requirements so other customers are not experience similar treatment.

    Definitely not a friendly atmosphere. And most of the time, the clientele isn't great either. Get your food and go

    Ordered on the app was told they didn’t see anything but I already paid then had to wait which was fine but no one knew where my order was was given old nuggets that you can tell had been sitting out for a minute
