I keep calling, and they keep saying they're escalating the ticket and will get back to me. It's been a week; it's been escalated too much now. Now I'm just waiting for the President of the United States to call me.

- PPPrem PalJul 3, 20261.0Please do not use this store horrible service and very unprofessional and inexperienced manager her name is *CLAUDIA* This place is horrible I did placed the order online at 8:10pm and I did received the order at 10:30 pm and when I placed order my expected arrival time for my delivery was 9:16 and I called the store at 9:22 pm and lady told me I will received within next ten minutes. Then I spoke to someone's who said she is the manger her name is Claudia and her excuse was they are so busy if they are busy that is not customers problems they should know how to run the business in busy times not to fight with the customers who pay to get their food cold with Manager attitude for free. i don't think she is the manager who don't know how to run the business. but she is very experienced who to argue with the customers. at 10:30 she told me that she will cancel my order and if I need to place another new order it will take another one hour. This person should not be a manager.
