    Que pasó hoy con la gente de esta tienda … la mujercita que está atendiendo en Drivethru no hizo bien su trabajo le puso un pump de caramelo en mi latte small de caramelo y se pone 2 pump de caramelo quezo robarme !! Se lo reclame y me respondió con actitud !!!! Y el muchacho de la ventanilla no sabe su trabajo y no tiene la camiseta de la tienda !!! Muy mala impresión para el cliente !!! Muy mala experiencia de verdad !!! Si los vuelvo a ver en la tienda los reportaré nuevamente!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst dunkin I have ever gone to. From disgusting coffee to not getting the order right. Something that should have cost me $6 I ended up paying $15 for. And the approach to fix it was complicated. After spending $71 in 1 transaction and getting the order wrong they would try and simplify the error as easily as possible considering it was the error on the cashier for not clearly listentening to the order. And I only went there because my usual dunkin was closed due to power outage. I will never go here again.

    Unas de las peores Dunkin’ Donuts , no atienden bien y no dan la comida correcta . Te tiran la comida , las que trabajan ay se nota que odian su trabajo . No vuelvo a regresar ay mas . The people the work there hates their job , they just give you the food cold , you can tell they don’t care and that they hate their jobs I went today on 6/30/26 whoever on the shift this morning all of them have bad customer service . Dunkin needs to be better stop hiring these people .

    I wish I could get negative five stars. I ordered a few things they gave me my order. I go take it to the car then I decide to go back in for orange juice. When I go in they had forgot to give me my sandwich so they gave it to me. Okay that wasn't the problem. I go drive home which is 10 minutes away and my daughter asked me where's her drink. Everyone else had a drink besides her. Which they charged me for. Both of the girls in there repeated my whole order. When I come back 20 minutes later telling them they forgot a drink they gave me an attitude and told me not to come back. This was at 6:50 June 24th. I hope those two girls get fired. They need better staff

    I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dunkin’ location. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee, Aroon, had an extremely rude attitude from the moment we walked in. Instead of being welcoming and professional, he was dismissive, impatient, and disrespectful. What upset me the most was the way my daughter was treated. No parent should have to watch their child be treated with such a lack of kindness and respect. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and completely unwelcome. Customer service is supposed to make customers feel valued, but this experience did the exact opposite. The poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Management should seriously address this issue and provide proper customer service training.
