  I would like to share my experience at Ctown in Perth Amboy. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of some of the products I purchased. I found spoiled food—including eggs and salads—that was unfit for consumption. It is concerning that a supermarket would sell damaged goods, as this not only affects customers but can also pose a health risk to the community. The relevant authorities should pay closer attention and conduct the necessary inspections to ensure that food sold to the public meets safety standards. After this experience, I personally do not recommend shopping there until measures are taken to improve product quality and handling. Quiero compartir mi experiencia en Ctown de Perth Amboy. Lamentablemente, quedé muy decepcionado con la calidad de algunos productos que compré. Encontré alimentos en mal estado, incluyendo huevos y ensaladas que no estaban en condiciones adecuadas para el consumo. Es preocupante que un supermercado pueda vender productos dañados, porque esto no solo afecta a los clientes, sino que también puede representar un riesgo para la salud de la comunidad. Después de esta experiencia, personalmente no recomiendo comprar allí hasta que se tomen medidas para mejorar la calidad y el manejo de los productos.

  Muy mala atención y la dueña o manager es un desastre de persona, grosera trata mal a los clientes 😡 y empleados 😡

  This location is organized...the blonde cashier is very kind and professional...the one thing that needs improvement is the baskets...the baskets need to be cleaned...other than that this is a good place for groceries

  I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit to this supermarket. My husband and I were excited to shop here because we haven’t been to a CTown since moving from New York, and it reminded us of home. Unfortunately, that excitement ended before we even made it inside. We were already properly parked and preparing to go into the store, but the employee directing traffic was unclear about what he wanted us to do so another car could park. We were within our lines and not blocking anyone. It also made me wonder—what would have happened if we weren’t even in the car? The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining, he called my husband “stupid” in front of other customers. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason to call customers names. Customer service should begin the moment customers arrive. This interaction left a terrible first impression and made us question whether we wanted to shop there at all.
