Secondly, the fact that an employee from a neighboring restaurant came over, stood right where our orders are handed out, and engaged in conversation with the staff inside—causing a simple order of french fries to be delayed by 25 minutes and resulting in my hamburger arriving stone cold—is completely unacceptable. To top it all off, when I pointed this out, they looked at me and laughed in a manner that felt like mockery; just so you are aware—this is the caliber of staff you currently employ. If you do not rectify this situation, I am afraid you stand to lose a great deal.
