  I always go this location morning, most the Spanish lady very friendly n fast, only the short Spanish guy look like manager or supervisor he is very rude , every time I order on app when I ask for receipt he pretended didn’t hear n ask me go to second window(which is pick up window ) but this time make me want to leave feedback is horrible when I order at night , the guy was so unprofessional,I’m order on app when I arrived at drive thru no one the I was wait like 5min then after I provided my order number he just tell me go second window and I wait no one there, when the guy came to window he asking me what is my order he was so unprofessional he sound like on drug ask me what is my order, I told him I gave him the code when I arrived, then I retell him the order n code then he said was not make yet, tell me go up front wait, I ask him how long it take he didn’t clearly to answer, n that like night time 10:45pm not busy hours, but he sneered n swaying his body when he talk. I asked for manager then came up the guy is look scary ! Is a long story it just horrible, I really hope the general manager or some ppl can go quality the employee at night shift!! This is the bad placee we to go at night

  I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up at the door. There was no one there, so I waited about 5 minutes and finally had to honk my horn for someone to come out. When they did come, nothing was prepared. Only after I spoke to them did they start making the food. To make things worse, they then handed me someone else’s order, which caused even more waiting. I honestly don’t understand why I even bothered ordering through the app if nothing is ready and the process is this disorganized. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, but this experience was the complete opposite. Very disappointing.

  Old lady with short hair and glasses up front needs to be fired. Ignoring customers and cant read.
