Order ahead for pickup, nope they don't even look at the pickup screen until you're there so you stand in the store for 10 min anyway. Today my order was wrong because they were spending more time talking horribly about the woman in the car in front of mine for asking for an extra lid b/c they don't wear gloves when making your coffee, she literally didn't complain whatsoever, all she did was ask for another lid due to her rising concerns with the pandemic. Convenience or not, I'd rather drive out of my way then ever use this poor example of a business.
