- IRIvette RodriguezJun 25, 20261.0I’ve been going to this location for 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem until today i pull in to pick up my mobile order thru the drive threw once I get to the speaker I say I have a order they tell me yes I say okay thank you then the person the lady or girl they then said yup so at 10:40 this morning who you had running the speaker was rude for that it’s ignorant then when I proceeded to the window I get there and she says oh did you order like um duh I ordered if I’m in this line mind you all done with an attitude and then barley reaches out her hand to hand me my drink and to top it off it has no sugar
- NMnixaa MariMay 12, 20261.0i come to this dunkin almost every other week… the drinks always come out good but the food is always burnt and the donuts are always hard. besides that, there’s been MULTIPLE times i’ve came inside and seen mice running around in prep area in the kitchen and once saw it in the lobby.. this place is unsanitary would not recommend going. i will not be returning back after seeing that.

I normally just get a coffee but to serve someone something they didn’t ask for and it came BURNT. And to add insult to injury I was served an old and burnt breakfast sandwich too! I usually don’t eat at this location anymore because I always end up sick but not sure what made me buy food again. Smh STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE FOR POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!

- EDElizabeth DavilaMay 2, 20261.0I go to this Dunkin every other day and the workers are usually friendly and respectful and I order the same thing every time and today a woman told me it was extra for whipped cream which it’s a problem however I was never charge that prior the woman was nasty dismissive and her co worker as well so nasty and mean and I’m definitely gonna call and speak to a manger this was so unnecessary and outrageous I hope they didn’t poison my food or coffees
