- MMmindlessbuddhaJul 20, 20261.0Sad and slow. This place is pathetic. The guy who waited on us was so slow and barely alive, more like a walking shell of a beat down human. Clearly, he hates working there. But worse, he was there by himself at 10am on a Sunday, until a bitter older woman came out, constantly yelling at him and barking orders. She had the most miserable presence. What a sad pair of people who should never be customer-facing — anywhere! There were only a few people in the place, and it was painfully slow to get our watery coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast croissant was so hard on the bottom, and the egg had that extra yellow look of being old and dried out. The cheese was so overcooked that it was clear. The sourdough bread sandwich was no better, with two barely-there thin, almost invisible, strings of bacon. I think it was bacon, but we weren't sure. The place was dirty and completely uninspiring. All the tables, chairs, and displays were pushed to the sides - COVID is over, people. We are not in the midst of a pandemic. Move the furniture back to a normal restaurant arrangement. It's really just an empty room, and the saddest-looking Dunkin — no displays, no extras, nothing. They kept handing off food from behind machines, as there was no real designated pickup place for food and drinks. Trash and food on the floor, dirty tables, old worn out chairs. This place is an embarrassment to the Dunkin name. I'm surprised they are allowed to hold onto their franchise licence. Corporate better not ever walk into this sad excuse of a Dunkin.

Then I have to go back to the store only for them to catch an attitude with me like them giving me the wrong thing is my fault 🤷♂️
