  Ordered at kios and took a number locator so they could bring my food to me. I'm a little hard of hearing and apparently they called my locator number and I didn't hear it. Finally a lady told me my food was sitting on the counter and she also told me they won't bring it out to you. So what's the purpose of the locator number sign if they won't bring out your food?

  I went to this location on my break at 1 in the morning and the cashier looked like she had an attitude. But that wasn’t it she handed me my food and just walked away from the window, as I’m driving to my job I’m eating the fries on the way, they were so dry and old I get to sit at the table my nuggets looked old like they were cooked in old grease and I took a bite of my burger it was very dry and the meat was still pink in the inside I immediately spit my burger out and threw the WHOLE meal away. $6.40 right down the drain

  Poor marks on several items including use of kiosk, slow food delivery, confusing setup, no one at counter and most importantly taste of fries. Having not been to McDonald's in a while the new dining design stinks. This looks like a new restaurant but it wasn't clean. There was no one at counter. It was confusing were the food was coming from and it wasn't fast food by no means. While the Big Mac was fresh and tasted good the world famous fries really missed the mark. There was something really off with the taste. They tasted like a potato tastes when it's cooked again. Perhaps it was dirty oil old potatos not really sure but they went right in the trash. No value in the value meal here.

  I barely eat McDonald’s anymore, but when I do, I usually go out of my way to Pennsville or Swedesboro because I’m tired of dealing with the nonsense at the Penns Grove location. Tonight reminded me EXACTLY why. 😒 I placed a mobile order around 7:00 PM for TWO Happy Meals and two drinks. Nothing complicated. Tell me why I didn’t leave until 7:49 PM?! Almost 50 minutes for two Happy Meals! 🤯 And what really gets me is they mark the order as “ready” to help their numbers/times, meanwhile your food is NOT ready and you’re still sitting there waiting. 😒 If it’s not ready, why are we marking it ready?! After waiting all that time, I had to ask multiple times for the fries they forgot. Then I ordered a large Coke and medium Diet Coke, but they handed me two medium drinks. I also asked for my receipt multiple times and never received it. At that point, the whole experience was just ridiculous. But what really got me was watching another customer receive her food looking like THIS fries and food literally dumped throughout the bag. She didn’t want to complain because she was worried about having an issue, but that should NEVER be considered acceptable service. Mistakes happen. Restaurants get busy. I completely understand that. But almost 50 minutes + marking orders ready when they aren’t + missing food + wrong drink sizes + no receipt + handing customers food looking like it was thrown into a bag is beyond a simple mistake. For $20.33, I wasn’t expecting a five-star dining experience 😂, but I WAS expecting the correct food, in a reasonable amount of time, packaged like someone actually cared. This is exactly why I drive somewhere else when I want McDonald’s. Penns Grove McDonald’s has GOT to do better.
