- AHAaron HAug 14, 20262.0The food at this McDonald’s is extremely inconsistent. One day or even one minute you’ll get something hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. Ten minutes later, you might get something that tastes like it’s been sitting around for three hours. If you go through the drive-thru, check your entire bag before you leave. I’ve had too many experiences where something was missing, made incorrectly, or I was given the wrong item altogether. Unfortunately, the food isn’t even the biggest issue. The customer service is probably some of the worst I’ve experienced. A simple “hello,” “thank you,” or basic acknowledgment seems almost nonexistent. The staff can come across as rude and dismissive, which makes an already frustrating experience even worse. When the food is fresh, it can be perfectly fine—but between the inconsistency, incorrect orders, and poor customer service, this location seriously needs improvement.

Go inside nobody at counter I had to cross the line to call for help and the manager was rude. I will never go back here again... they need to fire everyone.
