I waited 20 minutes for a lemonade, while the staff seemed to be having a great time chatting and joking around as customers waited. Only after I finally asked about my order was the drink handed to me immediately. So why did I have to wait 20 minutes in the first place? On top of that, I ordered Pumpkin Donuts through the app, only to find out at the counter that they were unavailable. Poor organization and customer service. Is there even a manager supervising this location? Definitely not the level of service I would expect from Dunkin’.
