  So I had an Apoitment to urgent care next door and as I was going to it I saw some worker seating by the store at 10:30 am , it took me hour and I decided to go inside store to get a bottle of water .. as I got in I decided to buy few more items and it went into a full mode shopping , staff was nice but I recognized that i probably need a cart at this point already .. so as I was going to entrance door this same guy was walking in so I basically was telling him that I want to grab a cart to which he answered for me to get it myself once the door opened … first of all I was just explaining to him that all I needed for the door to open that I can grab and second how disgusting of human you have to be to talk like that . Choose your staff accordingly , don’t hire people that would hate their job..others were all very nice

  Amazing I love this place the fresh croissants the potato wedges the fresh cupcakes and The lady from the bakery ZooH she is lovely hard working lady very helpful ♥️♥️

  Unfortunately, customer service left a lot to be desired. The manager was loud, dismissive, and handled my refund request unprofessionally. I also overheard her speaking negatively about another employee where customers could hear. A little more professionalism and respect would make a big difference.
