  Ordered on the app. It took 30 minutes more than what the app said to receive the order. Got a simple apology. I wasn’t the only one at the time to be waiting long after they’re made by time. Sandwiches were light on meat. They have been light on meat the two other times I ordered from here. Going to Ewing from now on.

  If I could give Yash Patel more than five stars, I absolutely would. He made, without question, the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life at Promo Hoagies. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, unbelievably fresh, and assembled with incredible attention to detail. You can tell Yash genuinely cares about the quality of his work because every bite was packed with flavor and made to perfection. His friendly attitude and outstanding customer service made the whole experience even better. I’ve had a lot of sandwiches over the years, but nothing even comes close to what Yash created. If Yash is making your sandwich, you’re in for an unforgettable meal—he’s truly a master of his craft.

  Philly native here… this was disappointing. Amazing workers, clean place. The meat portions are laughable. Quality of sandwich still good. But come on… this puts a stain on the Primos long legacy on packed quality hoagies.

  First off everyone working was nice and professional. Unfortunately for the food, the past few times hasn’t been the best food. Got told after I ordered and paid that they had to bake more bread which was a slight inconvenience because I was on a time crunch. My kids sandwiches had somehow got buffalo sauce on the edges of the bread so they didn’t eat that. Also very very light on the dressings and the little amount of meat on the sandwich is rough to accept as normal for a $14 sandwich. Buffalo chicken has been super chewy more often than not. All I’m saying is if I’m dropping $48 bucks on three sandwiches, gotta be worth it and it’s just not. Again everyone working there is really nice, nothing wrong there at all. Just too expensive for what you get.
