Today was the first time my drink wasn't made correctly. They accidentally switched out the new flavor, peanut butter for butter pecan on my order. Usually I wouldn't mind but I really wanted to try the new flavor. I went back in the store and they were so apologetic and kind. They immediately made me a new drink, which was delicious. While I have always loved the fresh iced coffee at this location, their customer service was something I had to write a review for!
