- MMMohamed MamdouhJun 29, 20261.0I came to this Dunkin' on June 29, 2026 at 6:35 PM ready to order. I politely asked the male staff member: "I am diabetic and can I use the restroom?" – a simple, legitimate medical request. Instead of taking me seriously, he started laughing and locking eyes with the female staff member, like they were sharing a joke at my expense. When I repeated my request and reminded him I was there to buy something, he smirked and gave me a ridiculous excuse – claiming the manager had the key in his pocket and had already gone home to sleep. He was clearly just waiting for the girl to laugh along with him. They completely dismissed my medical need and treated me like a joke. I walked straight out without ordering anything. I walked over to the laundromat right next door, explained to the guy there that I'm diabetic, and he was happy to help me use their restroom without any hesitation. That one simple act of kindness from a complete stranger made me realize just how cold and uncaring the staff at this Dunkin' really are. I left this place with a very bad feeling, and I will never come back. Management needs to wake up. Customer service – and basic human decency – should come first. If a laundromat attendant can show more compassion than your own employees, you have a serious problem. Train your staff better.

I’ve personally seen management handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace, even though— it’s hard to imagine anyone having a complaint given how phenomenal this location is. Highly recommend!
