- SSSandra SandraAug 30, 20261.0You walk in to make your order and will be ignored for over 5 minutes and I've tried to give them multiple chances because I don't expect perfect service but everytime I've come, which is at least twice a week the service just gets worse and worse. They are rude and have also lied about closing to not make iced coffee for me (a new mom) who needed that coffee to get thru the night/morning.

I was told to wait 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting longer and had to ask about my order because I was in a hurry. The employee was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. If I hadn’t spoken up, I honestly feel like I could have been left waiting for much longer. When I finally received my drinks, they were also made incorrectly. I ordered Mango Pineapple Daydream Refreshers, but they had way too much oat milk and were not prepared as ordered. I understand that stores get busy, but being busy is not an excuse for disrespectful customer service or giving a customer the wrong order. I believe management should take appropriate action regarding this employee’s behavior so this does not happen to other customers.

I agree 100% with the lady. There was no one else there and all i wanted was a hot chocolate. I stood there looking at him and he didn’t bother to ask me what I wanted. I had to stop him from what he was doing to get him to attend me all while mouthing off in his language what didn’t sound like positive comments. Then he wanted to charge me for an empty cup. If you don’t like this industry or line of work, go do something else, seriously.
