When I returned to fix it, the employee corrected the mistake, but a female manager then blamed me. She gave me the refund but decided to lecture me that the item had been opened due to me checking it, and that she can't sell it anymore because of that, instead of apologizing for the mix up, she catches an attitude with me. I had never experienced this before and I've been coming here for over two decades.
