- DMDonald McKabaSep 15, 20261.0They always tell me to pull to parking space so the drive through timer doesn’t go off and flag them for being so slow
- VVVSep 6, 20261.0Very Disappointing Experience My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 8:54 PM, but I did not receive it until 9:25 PM. When I asked about the delay, I was told, “We have many orders,” yet customers who arrived after me received their food and left while I was still waiting. After all that time, my fries were cold. I was also told the fountain soda machine was not working, only to see an employee turn it back on shortly afterward. The long wait, cold food, and inconsistent communication were unacceptable. I expect the store manager to follow up with me and explain what corrective steps have been taken to ensure this does not happen again.
- SASchedule AccountSep 3, 20261.0This has happened multiple times: I always remove beef and yet I fun it in my burrito. This is very upsetting, please follow the order and not work on a default mode.
