I showed him my mcdonald’s rewards 4 digit code and he immediately responded with a terrible attitude and told us he was only taking cash or card there, which made ABSOLUTELY no sense and didn’t correlate to earring my rewards. He was dismissive to my needs as a customer, he was clearly too lazy to type in a four digit number because at EVERY mcdonald’s location they always add my 4 digit code at the window, even if i forget to mention it at the speaker. He literally sucked and his customer service sucked and he was rude and ruined my entire evening with his attitude and horrible CS.
