  The one time I decide to use mobile order for breakfast at 4:30am at a 24 hour McDonald’s, I get to the window and they tell me their system is down and to cancel the order on my end. I have seen in the past McDonald’s not accept orders due to whatever reason and not let the mobile order even be an option. But this just seemed like something else, I asked if I could speak at the window due to mic being low and not hearing what to do on how I go about refunding, and I was told they are not at the window.
