Short girl with glasses was very rude, but especially the guy at the window who purposely filled my cup with ice just serving very few coffe. I felt scammed. I'm never coming back to this store and I live here in Passaic. I just feel that every time I go I'm gonna get just ice cause the kids to busy playing on the back guessing whose to make a normal coffee for.

When I walked in there was no customers at all, the place was completely empty & I had to wait 5 mins for the cashier to take my order... But, when I walked in the person that was at the cashier saw me & walked away that’s why I waited 5 mins & a different lady took my order & I ask her to put extra caramel in my drink & on top that I had to wait an extra 5 mins for my drink & she didn’t put no caramel at all when I clearly told her to put extra caramel... So the first guy that walked away went back to put the caramel & while doing so they were I’m not sure if arguing or fighting with each other cuz they were talking well yelling in their language at each other... I never ever leave reviews but I had to leave one on this one cuz the people that work here need to know that when customers walk in ur supposed to take their order not stand there & be yelling or arguing with each other... It’s just not professional at all... U can wait for the customers to leave to do that... I had no choice to give them 1 star to leave a review b-cuz they don’t even deserve that 1 star... I will give them a -5!!
