- RSraquel sMay 5, 20262.0Food is cheap for a reason .. good prices yeah but I hate to say that nothing was good except for the customer service, the girls there working were super sweet and helpful. I’ve worked at chopt before so I know its not their fault since a lot of the stuff is pre made., but it all tasted old and tasteless. The jalapeno corn tastes like essence of burnt charcoal I spit it out immediately. Baja wrap was just disgusting I kept trying to give the benefit of the doubt but the dressing was the only distinct flavor and it was just too much it tasted like pure chipotle adobo. The mango smoothie just tastes like puree I don’t get the hype.. the menu makes all the stuff sound extravagant then its just so mid. I got all of the most popular stuff and none of it was good I’m not really one to complain but I can’t stop thinking about how mid this food was lol. 100% overhyped. I wish I can say I support this but the quality of the food is absolutely horrible and the chicken looks and tastes 3d printed but its pre made so what can i expect

Having one person taking care of taking orders, making smoothies, making sandwiches and dealing with uber deliveries is not sustainable. The girl working is great and doing her best managing everything going on but she should have at least one person working with her to speed up service. Shouldn’t take 30min to get a smoothie. You’re missing out on business because people need to get in and out to go to work.
