  I am very sorry to give Chipotle a 2 star but... here we are. It's more about the location and service than the food though. Lets start with the positives. The food is always amazing! I always get a bowl. Full of flavor, and if you know how to order right, full of food. I am always full after eating my Chipotle bowl and feel satisfied. However, the service is not great at all. The workers are always disrespectful and are not helpful. My dad was trying to use his rewards and points, as he had them, and when the machine wasn't working, the workers didn't try at all, they just said it wasn't working, and we ended up having to pay. They do not take your order very kindly. I never eat at Chipotle, I always order and bring it home because the atmosphere is disgusting. The tables are always covered in food and napkins, and no one ever bothers to clean it. I've been to Chipotle's out of state where it is so clean, and the workers are very kind. Its not very appetizing to eat in the place, which is why I normally just take it home. I would recommend for the food, but maybe go to another location.

  I ordered a pickup order, and when I arrived, the employee asked to see my order confirmation. I showed her the order summary on my phone, and she handed me a bag. I trusted that it was the correct order and didn’t check it before leaving. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized it was someone else’s order. I drove back to pick up my actual order, but unbelievably, it was made incorrectly as well. I ordered a chicken bowl, but there was no chicken in it—the main ingredient was completely missing. It’s very frustrating that my order was wrong twice in a row. The first time I was given someone else’s order, and the second time my own order was still missing the chicken. This was a very disappointing experience. So pissed won’t go this location again and if you reading this save yourself by avoiding this location.

  If I could give zero I would waited for pickup order while on work break, all to get a bag filled with spilt salsa all over and no fork to even try to eat bowl with definitely will not be back.

  I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl with two hard tortilla shells online from Chipotle and was really disappointed with the quality, especially the guacamole. The guacamole looked dull and had a brownish/olive color instead of fresh bright green. It didn’t taste fresh either — it had that slightly off, oxidized flavor and lacked the bright lime and seasoning you expect from Chipotle guac. For how much they charge for guac, this was not worth it. The hard tortillas were also stale and overly crunchy (almost brittle), making them difficult to enjoy with the bowl. The rest of the bowl (rice, beans, veggies) was average at best — nothing special and not up to Chipotle’s usual standard. This was a pickup/online order, and the overall freshness just wasn’t there. Pretty disappointed since I usually like Chipotle. Won’t be ordering this combo again.
