  First time ordering from smashburger ever.. wanted to pickup so I placed my order online. Ordered a double bbq bacon smash, truffle mushroom smash and sweet potato fries. I added chipotle mayo to the bbq bacon, and grilled onions to the truffle mushroom. I got all the way home only to find out there was no crispy onions OR chipotle mayo on bbq bacon AND there was no mushrooms on the mushroom burger. I'm not sure if it was a one off mistake or what but I'm probably not ordering from this particular smashburger again. They already got my money and I got some food so it's not all that bad.. at least the sweet potato fries were good.

  I placed my order in the app at 7:46pm the app said the order was completed at 7:54pm I got my food at 8:21pm (even thought the app said it would be ready in ten minutes) after it had been sitting under the warmer for 5 minutes. It’s not my responsibility that you are training new people if I’m paying 60$ I should receive it within the window I was told or at least not triple the window I was told. The manager then turned her back on me while trying to converse with her while handling food without wearing gloves.

  The patty was so salty that it was practically inedible. Both my son and I had to stop eating after less than half of the burger. Both the All-American Double and the Double Classic Smash were excessively salty. The French fries also seemed to be several hours old, as the quality was noticeably poor. I can say this with confidence because the potato tots we ordered together were clearly freshly cooked, making the difference very obvious. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

  Absolutely unacceptable hygiene and hostile management at the Paramus location. I visited today at 4:05 PM and ordered a burger, fries, and a chocolate banana chip milkshake (Order #99469920). When the server (who was wearing a mask) brought my milkshake, it was dripping heavily down the glass and spilling onto the floor. When I pointed out the mess and asked if this was how food is served, she casually told me to just "wipe it with a napkin." When I asked for a manager, an African American male manager approached, threw a stack of napkins on the table, and aggressively asked me why I couldn't just wipe it up myself. He was incredibly arrogant, hostile, and intimidating. refused to eat here, have filed a dispute with my card issuer, and have escalated this toxic behavior to Smashburger Corporate. Avoid this location.

  The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and I’m a regular customer at this rt 17 location but it will be my last as long as the man is the captain of this ship so sad how rude he was knowing that I come here at least 3x a week
