- SMSankar MuthusamyJul 16, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable hygiene and hostile management at the Paramus location. I visited today at 4:05 PM and ordered a burger, fries, and a chocolate banana chip milkshake (Order #99469920). When the server (who was wearing a mask) brought my milkshake, it was dripping heavily down the glass and spilling onto the floor. When I pointed out the mess and asked if this was how food is served, she casually told me to just "wipe it with a napkin." When I asked for a manager, an African American male manager approached, threw a stack of napkins on the table, and aggressively asked me why I couldn't just wipe it up myself. He was incredibly arrogant, hostile, and intimidating. refused to eat here, have filed a dispute with my card issuer, and have escalated this toxic behavior to Smashburger Corporate. Avoid this location.
