  5 stars for this Panera Bread location in Paramus! One of the things I loved most is the self-service station for the teas and lemonades. It’s such a convenient and customer-friendly idea, and I honestly think this is the only location I’ve seen doing it this way since the rest they have been taking them off that’s why I don’t go to those ones anymore. Everything was clean, organized, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Bravo to the team for creating such a great experience and paying attention to the little details that make a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Sketchy drive-thru experience! Why is the soft spoken guy in pink hair, handling my food order while simultaneously cleaning up with a broom in his hand? Unfortunately, I dont think that i will be having that french onion soup that I just paid for..

  Very rude staff, doesn't speak English, she was talking in Spanish, had no idea what she's saying, then she made rude gestures with her hands "like telling me to go away" and she walked away.

  I’ve been ordering broccoli cheddar soup with a side of grilled chicken at this very location for YEARS. The manager today said they don’t do that? I literally bought this exact order like three weeks ago. You’re either lazy, lying, or just made a questionable business decision. What restaurant doesn’t offer the option to order a side of grilled chicken? Lol I literally can’t think of one. I’m literally giving you more business by ordering it.

  This is by far the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. Waiting 30 minutes for a single order is completely unacceptable.
