  The lady over-there is dealing very bad at the beginning I asked her for a vanilla with rainbow sprinkles for my kid and she put on the counter without sprinkles and then I asked her if she can add sprinkles she didn’t respond with any single word just pulled the ice-cream roughly from my hand add sprinkles and give it back as well as I asked for one in a cone for she gave the waffle cone cracked

  Stopped by Häagen-Dazs for a simple cookies & cream cone and sometimes that’s all you need. Rich, creamy ice cream with generous cookie pieces and the classic flavor that always delivers. The retro truck display added a fun nostalgic touch to the shop, and the cone itself held up surprisingly well without getting soggy halfway through. Simple, familiar, and consistently satisfying.   Normally, I love Haagen Dazs. The chain's ice creams, shakes and cakes are made with premium ingredients. The luxurious taste is worth the premium price. However, this location's shady customer service will have me looking elsewhere for a sweet snack the next time I'm at the mall. I asked for a ice cream in a small cup which was $8.50, expensive, even for Haagen Dazs. He asked if I wanted the next size up, Regular, for just a dollar more. I declined. He scooped my ice cream into the cup, turned his back and, I presume, put it on a scale. His partner came to talk to him and examine the cup of ice cream. For what reason? They knew what they were doing. They had charged me for the Regular size anyway: after I had paid for it, I paid nearly $10. When at the GSP, beware this franchise's relatively high prices and dishonesty. Opt for, perhaps, a bubble tea.

  Toddler with peanut allergy had a severe reaction to plain chocolate ice cream. Had to give her an injection. Spoke to manager who didn’t care and simply said the chocolate ice cream wasn’t close to anything with peanuts. Our daughter has never had a reaction like that getting ice cream. Most places are very careful even with serving utensils not to contaminate with peanuts

  The workers are just there to have fun. They dont focus on the customers and they spend more time talking to eachother than the do talking to the customer. They close whenever they want. I got there at 8:30 when they have a sign that says they close at 9:00, and they said they were closed. They dont understand that closing at a time means that is when you stop taking orders, not when they leave to go home. The worker proceeded to make himself an ice cream after they “closed” and left 15 min early. Service was a 0/10
