- AAAselAug 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. While taking my order, the young man and woman behind the counter were giggling and acting very unprofessionally. It felt disrespectful and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I was ordering a very basic coffee and had to repeat the same order around ten times because they somehow could not understand it. Instead of paying attention to the customer, they seemed more interested in joking around with each other. Customer service should be attentive, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
- BBBellaAug 1, 20262.0I love the staff here and they are so sweet and welcoming in the mornings. I am severely lactose intolerant. I CANNOT consume milk or I get violently ill. I order drive through, my drink for some reason has milk in it even though I ordered it with OATMILK. I am now writing this review hunched over a toilet at work. I’m in writhing agony right now, my stomach is cramping as my body cannot process lactose.-4 stars for the inconvenience, +1 for the service.
