  This Dunkin’ Donuts is lacking in atmosphere, service, and good coffee. I’ve given them several tries and it’s always the same. There is a palpable air of misery as soon as you enter, the employees aren’t rude but they mumble and look miserable— not a good morning, not a smile, nothing. The nitro and cold brew coffees are thin, weak, watered-down. It is one of the most cheerless Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in and I’m going to stop at 7-11 on my way to work instead.

  Horrible attitude, doesn’t want to do her job. Doesn’t want customers to redeem points or rewards. Nasty mouth as well. When asked to speak to manager she wanted to roll her eyes, this is the exact reason why customers attack the workers, cause there is no need for attitude when a customer comes in with smiles asking to place order and redeem points. If she didn’t want to work today she could have called out. Refused to give managers information just said you can speak to them tomorrow and put air pods back in ear. Sad part is I never had any situation at this location, and I come EVERYDAY to spend my money.

  The employees could have been friendlier and more attentive. They were cold and unwelcoming. When I needed to pay for a bottled drink, I stood at the counter for several minutes while multiple employees passed me from both directions. The donuts are WAY smaller than they used to be, but still pretty decent.

  Only one person is working and there’s no one else. You end up waiting an extremely long time for your order to be prepared — this is absolutely unacceptable!!

  Denied cream cheese inside bagel twist, reason provided they don’t have slicer. Mini bagels were not toasted properly.
