I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ in a long time, and after this experience, I won’t be coming back. Wednesday, July 29, around 7:15 p.m.

Unfortunately, I arrived there at 1 o’clock and was trying to order a few dozen donuts, but they did not have any donuts left. They were not able to provide me with anything, and the shelves were empty. If a location advertises that it is open 24 hours, it should have food available 24 hours a day. Again, the employee who helped me was very polite and tried to call another location to see if they had donuts available, but unfortunately, they did not have any either. Thank you.

- JSJas SJun 24, 20265.0Laiba is an amazing employee at Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 17 in Paramus. I’ve been there several times and she is always positive, friendly, and provides service with a smile. I’ve seen her doing everything from pouring coffee and preparing bagels to keeping the store clean and sweeping the floors. She consistently goes above and beyond, no matter what task needs to be done. It’s refreshing to see someone take so much pride in her work and maintain such a positive attitude. Employees like Laiba are a big reason customers keep coming back. Keep up the great work!
