  This Chipotle is the worst one in the area. The workers are rude and obnoxious, deeply unhelpful, and constantly ignore you. Their posted hours say they open at 11 am but are never open at that time. When we arrived around 11:10, the worker rudely told us they aren’t open yet, and when we asked when they were open, she ignored us. They never have the fruit for the kids meals. They give half scoops of everything, including guac, and still charge full price. Any time we have asked if they have the kids fruit or a kids drink (apple juice, milk, etc) for kids meals, they always act like they have never heard of that and that we are asking for something impossible. The soda machine never works. And to top it off, I have been double charged and overcharged multiple times. We wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest location for us, but after our most recent visit, we probably won’t come back.

  My friend's steak was undercooked, they refused to give her a refund. They said we should have came back after the first bite. Offered a bowl but who's gonna want to eat after undercooked food 🙄

  workers have attitude, are rude, the sour cream was insanely liquidy, had no cheese 2 hours before closing time and refused to refill it for no reason😡

  I barely come to this pity establishment but had to come today because the rt 4 was closed. I have never had a good experience and today my bowl was filled with ingredients I didn’t ask for. I was astonished at the price and repeatedly told the workers I didn’t ask for this. Now my lunch is ruined and the workers had the audacity to try and up charge me for food I didn’t ask for. Please do better it’s getting embarrassing.

  Worst experience at cash register I have seen in my life. I swiped my card. It went through, I saw on machine but guy told me it didn't go through. There was arguments about this. He checked on his own part and again told me swipe other card or give me cash. I have no option and swiped again but same card. On my credit card statement I got double charges. It was intentional to get cash again so that there is no proof of cheating or guy at register know nothing about his job?. There are so many other restaurants. In future avoid this and prefer to go that restaurant who knows what they are doing.
