Great experience and great customer service. Soranyi best worker of cava, and yudeski was one of the best cashiers I’ve had the pleasure of being served by.

I don’t normally leave reviews but do not come here !!!! Worst cava made me wait 40 minutes for salmon then told me if I can pick another after already waiting. They don’t fill the bowls and the service is terrible. Guy in the back was scratching his hair as a loyal cava customer I’m never coming back

**1 Star** I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered two bowls and a small drink. After getting to my car, I noticed a gnat floating in my drink. While it's obviously unpleasant, I understand that insects can occasionally happen in a restaurant. I wasn't angry about the gnat itself , I simply went back inside and politely asked for a refund because there was no way to know whether it came from the cup, the ice, or the drink dispenser so I didn’t want another drink. I intentionally approached an employee quietly because I didn't want to alert other customers or make a scene. She didn't understand me, so she called another employee over. After I explained the situation again, both employees acted as though I was making it up because they couldn't immediately see the tiny gnat. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The first employee assumed I didn't understand Spanish and said, *"La gente siempre inventa las cosas,"* which translates to, "People are always making things up." Not only was that incredibly unprofessional, but it was also insulting. She assumed I couldn't understand her and essentially called me a liar instead of simply looking more carefully at the drink or apologizing. When I made it clear I understood exactly what she had said and pointed out the gnat again, she didn't apologize. Instead, she went to get the manager and instructed the other employee not to refund my drink. The manager ultimately refunded the drink, but there was no apology for the accusation, no acknowledgment of the employee's inappropriate comment, and no effort to make the situation right beyond the refund. The manager actually spoke directly to the employee and didn’t acknowledge me at all. A $3 drink was never the issue. Accidents happen. What doesn't have to happen is treating a customer with suspicion, making rude comments in another language because you assume I wouldn’t understand, and then doubling down instead of apologizing. Customer service is about how you handle mistakes, and unfortunately, the staff at this location handled this one terribly. I hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service training at this restaurant because no customer should be treated this way.
