- CSChavy SpielmanJul 28, 20261.0Unacceptable! We called in advance to make sure we could still come in and it was confirmed they do not close until “9:30 on the dot”. We walked in 9:12 and were treated very rudely by the staff. They wanted to leave early so they refused to make a smoothie and provide their regular toppings. To add to our negative experience, the woman behind the counter was very short with us to the point where after filling up on FroYo, we stood at the toppings counter and realized there were no serving spoons and the employee behind the counter just looked at us. We stood there for a bit until eventually we asked how to get toppings (a bit odd customers had to initiate service rather than an employee just staring at us)seeing as they removed the spoons already. They shut the doors at 9:26. Wow. Not coming back to this location. We traveled in the stormy rain for 40 minutes and were deeply let down. We felt extremely unwanted and as if we were intruding.

This location has plenty of seating as well and clean. I’ll definitely be back!
