- MVManuela VillarrealOct 1, 20262.0I genuinely like this place. But this time I had gone in thinking my order would be made correct, but it was not. I ordered a latte on the app with the default settings. When I went to go pick it up the worker (who I might assume is new because I had never seen him) was just finishing up my drink. I left with my drink in hand all happy, until I took a sip. I could taste the grains of sugar at the bottom of my drink, the default way the drink I ordered does not have sugar! So I peeled back the sticker with my order number to find another one underneath for a coffee with cream and sugar! Im honestly disappointed because if it was any other worker making my drink I know it would be made correctly and not made in a reused cup. To make it worse, a man who I assume to be the store manager or owner or something was sitting there too.

I ordered a $6 meal as i usually do and my iced coffee was made wrong, I didn’t notice until i got to work and i called the store and she apologized and told me to come in the next day for another. The next day she kindly apologized and made the drink correctly and as i began to make a purchase she gave me the order free of charge and apologized for the mistake. I was given literally maybe 10 seconds to decide and was told I needed to either decide or go inside because they are on a time restraint. There was like maybe one other person behind me. When I complained, a nice lady told me it’s their manager who is always on them about the time. I’m sorry but that’s a poor excuse. I’m sorry I inconvenienced you in the drive through but I was not about to drag my three month in and try to carry her and my order out. I highly suggest either this manager, whomever they are, receive better training or please hire someone else. This was ridiculous.
