- PCPablo Carcamo1 day ago1.0This business doesn't deserve even a single star, given the way they treat their customers. I ordered two iced coffees—specifically requesting that both be large—but when I paid, I realized that the order listed one large and one medium. I pointed this out to them, explaining: "Look, I ordered two large coffees; you charged me for one medium. I'm willing to pay the difference, but I want two large ones." The woman at the window—whom I believe to be the manager—told me no; she insisted that the order was exactly as listed on the receipt and that I had to take exactly what the ticket said. I reiterated that I had ordered two identical large coffees, but they started arguing with me. Then, the employee who supposedly took my order came out and joined the argument, insisting that I had indeed ordered it that way. They eventually resolved the issue, but they overcharged me. It’s just coffee, water, and cream—there is absolutely no justification for charging me more than $1.07. It’s a disgrace. As a customer, if I were the one working there, I would have simply swapped them out; I would much rather have the customer leave happy. The customer is always right. Zero stars.
