  I’ve only been to this location about three times, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing. I usually end up driving the extra 10 minutes to the Norwood location because the difference in service is worth it. On this visit, I waited 13 minutes just to place an order because the family in front of me was a lot, and the cashier seemed completely unprepared to handle the situation. The line barely moved, and there didn’t seem to be anyone stepping in to help. I originally ordered a Strawberry Lemonade Coolatta, but after a very confused interaction, I ended up just settling for a regular Strawberry Coolatta because it seemed easier than trying to explain it again. As usual, the donut selection was disappointing. For a place called Dunkin’, they rarely seem to have much of a variety available. The most surprising part is that this location hasn’t even been open for six months yet, and it already seems to be struggling with customer service and basic operations. Management seriously needs to invest in better training and staffing because the current experience is not what customers should expect from a brand-new store. Until things improve, I’ll keep making the drive to Norwood.

  Refuse to go here again. Ordered an iced coffee and egg/cheese wake up wrap. Waited 15 minutes for the wake up which shouldn’t take that long to heat up. 2 customers that came after me ordered sandwiches and got theirs before me. When I finally received the wrap it was cold, cheese wasn’t melted and it wasn’t put together. The employees seemed very disinterested to be there. Will never go there again.

  Best dunkin of all time I didn’t have enough money but they gave me a discount and only had to pay for one item and another time a meal came out late and apologized and gave me extra freee food afterwards

  I ordered bagel with cream cheese but they gave me like half of a teaspoon cream cheese. For $7.02 I got a coffee with almost nothing on it. I was nice to them and gave $1 tip but they kept me hungry.
