They do not know how to make the drinks correctly and I’m sorry but when you’re paying almost $6 for coffee it should be made right. The employees need to be retrained and not to mention the food is always gross. The bacon is mush, the croissants they give you burnt, even the munchkins are rock hard and barely even glazed. Last time I gave them a try there was hair inside the lid of my cup. Just gross and sad.
