  Staff is very rude. ordered hot coffee with milk No Sugar ( no receipt )- Got home - had Sugar. called them and gave order #, told me come again. Went in the evening - told staff what happened - She asked for receipt and did not give coffee….Zero Customer Service

  I felt the staff was unprofessional and the interaction was disappointing. I regularly visit Dunkin locations and expect respectful and better customer service. I would appreciate this issue being reviewed with the employees working during that shift.

  After buying a large coffee and BR ice cream. We asked for empty cup and they charge for empty cup. On receipt they chraged for WATER cup. What a shame! We asked for correct receipt for EMPTY cup, but they don't have key for register to check it!!! What a great business practice!

  Easily the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly from the start. I asked for a refresher without ice (I can’t drink cold beverages), and the employee straight up refused to make it — said she wouldn’t do it at all. I’ve never seen this at any other location. Then the manager stepped in and suddenly said they could make it, but only if I paid extra — which is clearly a made-up policy. I still said fine, no problem. It only got worse from there. I paid extra for additional cream on top, and they intentionally gave way less than usual — not even close to what I paid for. On top of that, the drink itself tasted terrible, nothing like it normally does. It honestly felt like they put zero effort into making it, almost on purpose. Overall: rude, unprofessional, petty, and making up their own rules. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Like many other reviews I ordered a drink with LESS ice not NO ice. The first order had written on it extra ice instead and the cup was not filled to the top but almost 3/4s with extra ice so I went back around and said I think there was a misunderstanding and please make me the drink with less ice. She comes back with literally a half cup full of liquid for a $6 drink. Honestly I’ve ordered this drink daily from other dunkin locations and never had this issue: with less ice maybe it’s a little bit less liquid but not half way filled. To top it off, the lady was rude when I asked her to correct it.
