I went to grab my coffee and the lady with a gold necklace stopped me because the food wasnt ready. I have never been stopped before and I am not a happy person before my coffee. Then they put only a sprinkle of bacon on the toast. They never gave me my hashbrowns and put a donut. One of the worst services I have ever gotten at a Dunkin.

Getting treated with disrespect from someone who's a person of color is diabolical to me. Don't have to be so rude and nasty to people just because of your views on certain people. My husband is also a working man, so it's not like he doesn't have a job or wasn't in uniform. She made him pay for his food before he got it, then had the nerve to almost throw his bag at him like she didn't want to touch him. Everyone else who was white in front of him was treated better and didn't have to pay until they received their items. Then she didn't allow him to sit inside the store saying it's only for those who order sandwiches and coffee. :( Never heard of anything like that at all.
