  Very disappointed with this Chipotle location. The chips were terrible — tasted uncooked and stale. The service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. They barely put any ingredients in the bowl, and they’re constantly out of stock on multiple items. The employees also seem poorly trained. The new girl making the order clearly didn’t know how to build it properly and forgot several ingredients that were supposed to be included. On top of that, the order was made wrong and the staff had a bad attitude the entire time. Customer service matters, and this location is not friendly or welcoming at all. Definitely needs major improvement.

  teach that tall guy/cashier how to apply a gift card to an order because he told me i had nothing left in my card meanwhile i still have a few bucks left😐😐 also there was a different worker who doesn’t speak proper english so when i didn’t know what she was saying she gave ME attitude??? like girl i understand english isn’t everybody’s first language but to give me attitude for your improper speaking is crazy..

  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I ordered 5 bowls, and there was barely any meat in them mostly just rice. They took my whole order wrong. The staff was extremely unprofessional. One employee started taking my order, then walked away and told me to wait for another worker to come back and finish it. After the order was finally completed, they told me to wait again for someone else to ring me up. The whole experience was ridiculous. This was the third time I’ve been to this Chipotle, and everytime I go its the same nothing has changed. Every customer was complaining while I was there. Will definitely never go again.

  Waited in line for about 15 minutes, not moving, until they announced they couldn’t take card payments and would only be accepting cash. Several people who were waiting ahead of us in line left with no food. We received no discount for waiting so long and being able to pay with cash. There is no one even at the counter anymore as the register is still down and more customers are walking in.

  I really enjoyed coming to this one because it’s the closest chipotle near my house, but I gotta tell you I keep having more bad experiences at this place than good the past couple of months. From burnt rice on my burrito to the point where I can’t even eat my burrito because it smells and taste like tar— to them thinking I wanted extra steak and giving me extra steak when I absolutely never get extra steak and having to pay for extra because she swore I said extra. I always defend this location to other people when they tell me that this is one of the worst chipotle’s in the area, but I gotta tell you this is my last straw. Time to go to another location.
