  Mal servicio no le dijeron mi sausage y hashbrown y la comida bien fría si no sabe trabajar y no dan corrrcto la orden y fría todavía la comida ni sabe a atenter a las personas corrctamente pague por nada nomas regale mi dinero este peor McDonald

  I am never one to complain concerning I work at a restaurant, but this was actually crazy. We went through the drive through, ordered the MOST SIMPLE order which was ONLY a cheese burger. That was all I wanted. I got to my destination and opened up my wrapper to lo and behold only find basically a grilled cheese. THEY FORGOT THE PATTY!!! I mean how can you forget that, like really. I then proceeded to dial the number hoping to AT LEAST get an apology, I kindly told them what had happened and they had the AUDACITY to hang up on me. The kid who took my order was very rude and not helpful to me in the drive through and he was the one to answer my call and then hung up on me. I was so confused. McDonald’s, you need to do better with your rude, awful, and nasty staff. And get “cooks” that actually remember how to put a patty in the burger. Very disappointing..

  This is absolutely the WORST McDonald’s to come to. Slow paced and rude! I order for curb side pick up came in to get it. Been standing here for 10 minutes no one is working the front end I’m guessing. I asked if anyone was working the front end and I was told to hold on. 5 more minutes go by nothing. No one came to the front so I left without my food and it’s not letting me cancel.
