- JDJohn DoeSep 6, 20262.0Would not recommend for anyone with food allergies. With a nut allergy, Ben and Jerry’s locations are typically the most accommodating of any ice cream establishments. The first 3 I went to elsewhere all brought out a special allergen menu and opened fresh tubs of ice cream. It was so consistent I assumed it was a corporate practice. Apparently not, as this is the first B&J I’ve encountered that offered nothing but using a washed off scoop.
