I reordered and then when I pulled to the window, I so nicely asked her to confirm what drink was made since there was no sticker on one of them and she just put a hand in my face and turned away until I drove off. And I always come to this Dunkin and my experiences are pretty mid, but this one interaction has made me so angry. So unfairly rude for no reason, horrible Dunkin.

- TTT TronAug 15, 20263.0After a long week of Football, I was tired and needed to wake up, so on the way home, I stopped at Dunkin to grab an iced coffee. The person on the intercom was hard to hear because of how fuzzy the speaker was, but could understand. After I ordered and payed, I took my first sip after getting my drink, but something was missing. I checked the receipt and realized they forgot to add the sugar. While not a big deal, I payed for that addition. So I went inside and asked the cashier if I could add sugar. Unfortunately, her accent was so strong, I couldn’t really understand her completely. It got to a point where the person next to me helped me out because they could understand a bit better. After getting my singular vanilla sugar pump added, I felt so embarrassed and bad for the lady because I probably looked like an idiot trying to understand her despite speaking English. Once I mixed the drink (despite her mixing it inside,) I took another sip. But the taste was odd. I drank it again and realized; she added caramel sugar, not vanilla sugar. I wasn’t fond of it, but didn’t mind. Besides I already bugged her once, I don’t wanna bug her again.
