- MHMirah H.May 3, 20261.0I stopped at this Dunkin’ this morning before my shift and had a very disappointing experience. The two woman working the intercom/window was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I ordered a coffee and two gift cards, and asked if I could pay with cash and use my Dunkin’ app for the remaining balance. She said they couldn’t do that, which was fine, so I paid with cash. However, her attitude during the process was unnecessary. When she handed me the gift cards, she had a third card in her hand, so I politely asked her to make sure the balance wasn’t placed on that card by mistake. She raised her voice at me stating it wasn’t. As I was about to drive off, she told me to wait so she could double-check and make sure it wasn’t on that card. I understand people have bad days, but the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location. Drive the extra mile to another one.

The customer service is terrible, I've had my drink made wrong countless times, I've had food that was cold in the middle. This place just sucks. I don't have an issue with workers not speaking great english... it seems like the employees here don't care if they misheard you or get your drink wrong or honestly listen. There were two occasions I was worried about them messing up my drink again, it was the same drink, and I repeated myself multiple times when placing my order inside the building and they still messed it up. They are rude. They are unhelpful. And they are just bad at their jobs. Except for the employee with the goatee. He's really cool.
