- TTT TronAug 15, 20263.0After a long week of Football, I was tired and needed to wake up, so on the way home, I stopped at Dunkin to grab an iced coffee. The person on the intercom was hard to hear because of how fuzzy the speaker was, but could understand. After I ordered and payed, I took my first sip after getting my drink, but something was missing. I checked the receipt and realized they forgot to add the sugar. While not a big deal, I payed for that addition. So I went inside and asked the cashier if I could add sugar. Unfortunately, her accent was so strong, I couldn’t really understand her completely. It got to a point where the person next to me helped me out because they could understand a bit better. After getting my singular vanilla sugar pump added, I felt so embarrassed and bad for the lady because I probably looked like an idiot trying to understand her despite speaking English. Once I mixed the drink (despite her mixing it inside,) I took another sip. But the taste was odd. I drank it again and realized; she added caramel sugar, not vanilla sugar. I wasn’t fond of it, but didn’t mind. Besides I already bugged her once, I don’t wanna bug her again.

The two woman working the intercom/window was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I ordered a coffee and two gift cards, and asked if I could pay with cash and use my Dunkin’ app for the remaining balance. She said they couldn’t do that, which was fine, so I paid with cash. However, her attitude during the process was unnecessary. When she handed me the gift cards, she had a third card in her hand, so I politely asked her to make sure the balance wasn’t placed on that card by mistake. She raised her voice at me stating it wasn’t. As I was about to drive off, she told me to wait so she could double-check and make sure it wasn’t on that card. I understand people have bad days, but the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location. Drive the extra mile to another one.
