When I politely asked them to fix it, they took it back, removed maybe one or two ice cubes, and brought it right back like it was some kind of joke. I was there with friends and didn’t want to argue, so I just took it and left—but this is honestly unacceptable. I asked nicely multiple times and was treated like they were making fun of me. Terrible service.

A glove fell on the floor and the female picked it up and placed on the cutting board and used it. They dont seem to have basic food handling training.
