  The food was my fault for some reason I decided to order chicken at a steak place. I think the fried chicken can be described as soggy and over oily. Every other part of the experience was incredible the manager ad the server truly have a passion for the customers and their experience. Fries, rice, onion, and drinks all spectacular. Just a note don’t get chicken at a steak restaurant. Chicken 1/10 Rice 8/10 Fries 7/10 Blooming onion 7/10 Baked potato soup 8/10

  All three steaks were cooked perfectly, the Bloomin' Onion was phenomenal, the entire place, including the bathrooms, was spotless and the service was some of the best I've had. Outback can be hit or miss and this one was a big hit. Our server Chavonne was friendly, attentive, and knew the menu. Ask for her! The manager Tee runs a great restaurant! Will definitely be back soon.

  I'd ordered steaks from outback when my house lit on fire and literally burned the ground outback steakhouse took amazing care of us sent us gift cards !! and coming to the restaurant the first place I've been out to eat tonight after the fire. They took amazing care of us thank you Ruth Ann and T.

  Food was fine but the way we were treated was ridiculous. My fiance and I went here saturday 4/25 and we paid and didnt get a receipt because we were in a rush. Checked the bank and we were charged $133 which was more than double for what we ordered. I called the restaurant and they had our order completely wrong, it seemed we paid for the table next to us. I understand mistakes happen but they took my name, email and my fiances card number and promised a refund. To this day we are still charged the same amount. Very disappointing.

  Order was completely wrong, and the restaurant admitted it—but refused to fix it because it was through DoorDash. Instead, I wasted an hour dealing with support over a mistake Ouitback made. Staff on the phone were unhelpful and clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you can’t take responsibility for your own errors, don’t expect repeat customers.
