  Has to be the worst dunkin in nj. Placed an order and they didn’t tell me they were out of it until 20 mins later. Very slow even when you order ahead

  Morning staff especially the old lady that works earliest in the morning is very rude and condescending. Very bad customer service

  Balin had a terrible attitude towards me at this dunkin' Donuts. i simply ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and it went through the machine wrong. I went up and explained what had happened and and she continued to say "That isnt my fault" and walked away. I went up again and told her I would like the drink that I ordered and PAID for. She took the drink and had a temper tantrum in the back saying how ridiculous it was that she had to do her job and remake the drink. After the drink was made she slammed it on the table and walked away. At my next visit about a month later she took my order again. I simply ordered a chocolate chip muffin. And yet again she managed to make it a 0/10 experience by ignoring my order and proceeding to make several other drinks and whatnot. Her coworker informed me they were out of muffins and gave me a coffee cake instead, he was very helpful(give him a raise). After this, Balin claimed that the Men's bathroom had better wifi to watch her Instagram reels and then proceeded to GO INTO THE MENS BATHROOM. I find this extremely disturbing, creepy, and unprofessional. Lastly you guys never have and Donuts or munchkins, that in itself is a problem. Please fix this Balin problem as soon as possible and get her in customer service training asap as she should not have this job at all, thank you.

  Not only once but twice was the employee there Baylin disrespectful to my friend and i. The machine there is faulty that's a given, and me and my friends drinks were printed on the receipt wrong. Very nicely my friend and I explain what happened, and Baylin gives us a nasty look and says it isn't her fault and walks away. My friend asks her to remake it a minute later and the lady stares at us and very aggressively states yes. She then goes on to state they have no strawberry açaí knowing very well we meant the dragonfruit, she eventually makes it and slams it on the counter. Now yesterday my friend orders a chocolate muffin, easy order, Baylin reads the order, and in the 10 minutes it took to fulfill the order she made other items like coffee and such. Then, it wasn't even her who fulfilled it. Another worker ended up telling us there were no more chocolate muffins. Not sure about the whole problem but it wasn't a good experience.

  The worker Baylin had an absolutely disgusting attitude. She should not be working at a place where you have to interact with people. The service is horrid in this establishment. The food was also cold and not cooked properly. They also never have any donuts. I mean, you’re Dunkin’ DONUTS for crying out loud. Let’s get back to the Baylin topic. She has grudges against customers. No worker should get a tip for that attitude. She was absolutely disgusting. Slamming drinks, yelling at customers, complaining ABOUT the customers to coworkers OUT LOUD, it’s just absolutely ridiculous. Also, if the manager is reading this, she goes into the men’s bathroom to watch Instagram reels. She claims the men’s bathroom has better wifi.
