  It’s not fair to the customer that in this day and age as prices soar, expectations need to either stay the same or in my case based on the last THREE times I’ve been here to this location, need to be lowered. The last three times I’ve been here, have I not only not been handed my food at the window and instead had to wait in one of the designated drive-thru parking spots, but had to deal with three ridiculous mistakes. The first: Ordered two LARGE meals. Was given a REGULAR sized soda for both. So, I had to go inside and stand there and not only wait to get somebody’s attention, but then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get the sodas replaced with large ones. The second: Specifically asked for ketchup and dipping sauces. Was not given them. Again, had to go inside and wait an insane amount of time just to get someone’s attention. The third: Just left. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no ketchup, add Mac sauce. Also a cheeseburger the same way with a Diet Coke. I get home and I have two sandwiches with just Mac sauce. No onions, no pickles. Just two Burgers with cheese and Mac sauce, plain. Is this where we’re at? I mean it’s 330 on a Saturday. The place wasn’t exactly overflowing with business. Why is it so hard to just get these things right? I’m sorry, but these repeated mistakes falls on management. These are not complicated requests.

  Always thought the staff was a bit lackadaisical here. The new Latino man with glasses (not sure if he’s the manager but it certainly seems like it) is great. First time I was asked if I could be helped as soon as I walked in. Was going around the restaurant helping people with different things. Nice smile and positive demeanor. Makes me want to come back here.

  Literally one of the best McDonald's around. Food is always fresh and the service is great. Plus they have an infior playground! The day manager and staff are really top notch
