  I’ve been to this Taco Bell quite a few times, and overall it’s one of the better locations in the area. It’s in a convenient, accessible spot, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciate that they consistently get my vegetarian substitutions right, which isn’t something every Taco Bell does. My only complaint is that the food can sometimes taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. Every now and then the shells or other ingredients seem stale, and it’s noticeable. If they did a better job rotating out older food and serving everything fresh, this location would easily deserve 5 stars. Overall, it’s a solid Taco Bell with great staff and reliable service. Just work on keeping the food fresher.

  I visited at night time around 1, there was no other customer still I was not satisfied. I have requested them for the receipt but their printer was not working (I understand this can be technical issue) but this can be solved as we place high amount of orders and we don’t get receipt.

  I had to go through corporate to even talk to someone since the inside staff is absolutely useless IN THE STORE so its ridiculous for me to even to waste my time here leaving a review because this location obviously does not care about their reputation. I hope their owner sees this highly reconsiders their managers. They refused to refund OR REMAKE a $60+ dollar order after I went through all of the appropriate steps according to them where it was "not their problem" and gave absolutely no steps to fix the issue other than eat lost money. I'd rather drive 10 hours to another taco bell or go to any other food location before I come here ever again. It is so absolutely ridiculous this location has hired people so vain and vapid that they couldn't open a ticket while I had the number in front of them to offer any additional support other than telling me "to go home". I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE WITHOUT MY FOOD OR A REFUND. There are people who are not working who can not find jobs but this place has people who clearly do not want to work on staff and causing in-person problems. Im so embarrassed for the franchiser and franchisee. Do better. Id rather spend my money on sewage.
