  Honestly, i’m shocked at how this place is still operating. when i got to the counter, there was a man there waiting to take my order. no hello, no nothing. he was rushing me like “are you ready yet??” Which i get it he probably doesn’t wanna wait a lot but like slow down dude. When i finally ordered my stuffed crust pizza, he mumbled “large or medium” i could barely even hear him, so i asked again. Annoyed, he said it again. i finally ordered, and i waited like 15 minutes. I understand if they want to make it fresh, but i didn’t even see them prepare it, plus the employees were talking to eachother the whole time. The atmosphere is the worst by far. Flies and bugs everywhere, looks like they haven’t renovated since the eighties, stains on the booths, rust on metal, it honestly looked abandoned. The lights weren’t even on in the seating area. Highly do not recommend, just get dominoes or pizza hut from somewhere else. Food was fine, nothing too good or bad.

  We didn’t even get the opportunity to place an order because we ended up walking out. When we walked in, there was **no one at the counter to greet or assist us**. We waited several minutes and tried calling out for someone. My husband could see an employee in the back, but the employee appeared to ignore us and continued to be on his phone. On top of that, the restaurant itself looked extremely dirty and neglected. Honestly, it looked almost abandoned. We were willing to give the location a chance, but being completely ignored when we were trying to order was enough for us to leave. We’ve never experienced anything like this at a Pizza Hut before. Definitely disappointing and not the kind of experience you expect from a restaurant.

  It's unfortunate that I have to rate this location this low. Customer service is very important, organization, employees with actual advanced experience is so needed here. It's hard to watch the employees look confused or unsure of what to do without their manager. So many of us came to pick up orders and patiently waited. They wasted so many orders due to poor time management and inexperienced employees. It was embarrassing to observe this, which is why I think customers were more patient with their efforts. But has a business owner I would have never paired this team together. They need experienced employees. Smh Let's fix this pizza hut. Train your employees on professionalism and good customer service. I'm rooting for your business to not go down. You are part of my childhood forever. 🍕🙏🏽
